中药鼻通水制备工艺的优化

摘    要:目的:优化中药鼻通水的制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以鼻通水对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀的抑制率作为药效评价指标,考察提取时间(A)、提取次数(B)、加水量(C)、醇沉浓度(D)4个因素对药效的影响。结果:提取工艺影响因素依次为:加水量(C)〉提取次数(B)〉醇沉浓度(D)〉提取时间(A),较优提取工艺条件为A2B3C3D1。结论:得出较优提取工艺条件为处方药材加8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1h,醇沉浓度为50%。该制备工艺合理,有效成分提取率高。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of the traditional Chinese medicine Bitongshui.Methods:The extraction technology was selected by orthogonal method.The inhibition ratio of Bitongshui on ear swelling of mice induced by dimethyl benzene was used as an evaluating index to investigate the optimum extraction technology.Extraction time,extraction times,water supply volume and alcohol precipitation concentration were four factors of orthogonal design.Results:The influencing effects of factor were followed as CBDA(A: extraction time B: extraction times C: water supply volume D: alcohol precipitation concentration).The optimum combinations were A2B3C3D1.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology for the Bitongshui was as follows: added 8 times water to reflux extracting for 3 times,each extraction lasted 1 hour,concentrated the extraction with 50% ethanol.The extraction technology was reasonable.The extraction rate of effective ingredients was high.
