疏血通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

目的：观察疏血通注射液在治疗不稳定型心绞痛中的疗效。方法：将100例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组每组各50例,两组常规给予阿司匹林、硝酸异山梨酯及降压药,治疗组应用疏血通注射液6mL静滴,每日1次。对照组用硝酸甘油l0mg静滴,日1次,10天为l疗程,两个疗程后观察疗效。治疗前后分别记录心绞痛发作情况、心电图改变情况及测定血脂、血液流变学参数。治疗组患者心绞痛症状和心电图改善总有效率分别为91.7%、78.3%,优于对照组的80.0%、63.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后的血脂、血液流变学参数较治疗前也有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结果：治疗组治疗后血液流变学较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,且均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：疏血通注射液对冠心病有较好的疗效,是一种安全、有效的药物。

Shuxuetong Injection Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective： To observe Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in effect.Methods：100 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 50 cases in each group,two groups of regular aspirin,isosorbide mononitrate,and antihypertensive drug treatment group were shuxuetong liquid 6mL,iv 1.Control group,intravenous nitroglycerin l0mg,day 1,10 days for the l course of treatment,two effects were observed after treatment.Were recorded before and after treatment of angina pectoris,ECG changes in circumstances and the determination of blood lipids,blood rheology parameters.Treatment of angina symptoms and ECG in patients total effective rate of 91.7%,78.3%,80.0% higher than the control group,63.3%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,lipids,blood rheology parameters before treatment showed significant differences（P〈0.05）.Results：After treatment,blood rheology significantly improved compared with before treatment（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,and are better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Injection Shuxuetong have good effect on coronary heart disease is a safe and effective drug.
