| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定小茴香中茴香醛含量的方法。方法：采用Hypersil ODS2（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水（45∶55）,检测波长为248nm,流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为25℃。结果：茴香醛在0.05904-0.13776μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.91%,RSD为1.22%。结论：本方法可靠、简便、准确,可作为该药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determination of the content of Anisaldehyde in Fennel by HPLC.Methods：A Hypersil ODS2（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） column was used,The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water（45∶55）,The detection wavelength was 248nm,The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the column temperature was 25℃.Results：Anisaldehyde showed a good linear relationship at 0.05904～0.13776μg.The average recovery was 98.91%,RSD was 1.22%.Conclusion：The method is reliable,simple,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the medicinal material. |
