| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨罗布麻叶黄酮类成分的动态积累,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据。方法：采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同采收时间罗布麻叶中总黄酮的含量,并以其中芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷和槲皮素为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法考察它们的动态变化。结果：不同生长期罗布麻叶中黄酮类成分积累具有一定规律。结论：罗布麻叶黄酮类成分积累曲线最大峰值与传统采收期基本一致。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the Dynamic Change of Flavonoids Content in Folium Apocyni Veneti,and provide scientific basis for determining the best collecting time.Methods：Contents of the total flavonoids,rutin,hyperin,isoquercitrin and quercetin in Folium Apocyni Veneti were determined by means of UV-VIS spectrum and HPLC method.Results：The accumulation of flavonoids showed a regular pattern.Conclusion：The contents of flavonoids are highest in the traditional harvesting time. |
