眼针结合作业疗法对偏瘫患者上肢运动及日常生活活动能力的影响

目的：观察眼针结合作业疗法对偏瘫患者上肢运动功能及日常生活活动（ADL）改善能力的疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）,均接受作业治疗,治疗组在作业治疗的基础上增加眼针治疗。治疗前后分别采用Fugl-Meyer运动量表评定患侧上肢运动功能,采用休斯顿大学康复医学部ADL评分法和Barthel指数（Barthel Index,BI）评定ADL能力。结果：治疗组与对照组的上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力治疗前后差异显著（P〈0.001）,治疗后治疗组上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：眼针结合作业疗法可有效提高偏瘫患者上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力,其疗效优于单纯作业疗法。

Effect of Eye-acupuncture Co-operated with Occupational Therapy on Motor Function of Upper Limbs and Activities of Daily Living of Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective： To investigate the effect of eye-acupuncture co-operated with occupational therapy on motor function of upper limbs and activities of daily living（ADL） of patients with hemiplegia.Methods： 60 patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.Both two groups were received occupational therapy,and besides,patients in the treatment group were added with eye-acupuncture.The motor function of upper limbs was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer scale before and after treatment,and ADL were also evaluated at same time.Results： After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer scale,ADL of all patients in two groups improved（P〈0.001）,but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The motor function of upper limbs and ADL of patients can be improved by eye-acupuncture co-operated with occupational therapy,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group.
