调冲养颜消斑汤联合光子嫩肤仪治疗面部黄褐斑临床观察

目的：为观察调冲养颜消斑汤联合光子嫩肤技术对黄褐斑的疗效。方法：选择面部黄褐斑患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,两组均在调冲养颜消斑汤治疗的基础上,治疗组加用光子嫩肤仪治疗,3个月后观察疗效情况。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94%和74%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：调冲养颜消斑汤联合光子嫩肤仪治疗面部黄褐斑是一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical Observation of Facial Melasma with Hua-ban Decoction of Regulating Chong Vessel Joint IPL

Objectives：In order to observe the efficacy of the treatment of Melasma with Hua-ban decoction of regulating Chong vessel joint IPL. Methods： 100 patients with facial melasma were randomly divided into 50cases of treatment group and 50cases of contrast group, the two groups were on the basis of the treatment of Hua-ban decoction of regulating Chong vessel , the treatment group joint with the IPL treatment, all were observed after 3 months.Results： The treatment group and contrast group have the effective rates respectively for 94% and 74%.The difference of the two groups was significant （P 0.05）. The efficacy of Treatment group is superor to that of Contrast group. Conclusion： Hua-ban decoction of regulating Chong vessel joint IPL treatment of facial melasma is a safe and effective method.
