药用真菌雷丸菌丝冻干粉对小鼠的毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究雷丸菌丝冻干粉的急性毒性作用。方法:通过深层液体发酵获取雷丸菌丝并进行真空冷冻干燥,以高、中、低3个剂量组对ICR小鼠进行灌胃,采用一次性给药方式给药,连续观察14天。实验结束后取血清,测ALT和AST,取肝、心、脾、肺、肾5脏器进行石蜡病理切片检查。结果:各实验组均未见小鼠死亡,但用药组小鼠表现行为异常。病理切片显示,与对照组相比,用药组小鼠脾脏有极轻微病变,但未见细胞坏死;其余脏器未见异常。AST和ALT分析显示,各处理组间未见显著性差异。结论:雷丸菌丝冻干粉对小鼠有极轻微毒性,仍需进一步研究以确定毒性的原因。

Abstract:Objective:To study the toxic effect of mycelia powder treated by freeze drying of Omphalia lapideacens in mice.Methods:The mycelia of Omphalia lapideacens produced in submerged fermentation were dried by vacuum freeze-drying. The ICR mice were treated by i.g. once time with different dose of products. All the mice were observed for 14 consecutive days,then were killed for collecting the blood,liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney. The serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were determined. The pathological examination of liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney were observed. Results:The mice with different dose drug were abnormal behaviors during the prior experiment period,however,not died. The pathological examination showed that slight pathological changes were found in spleen. Significant differences were not observed at levels of ALT and AST respectively among all the treated groups. Conclusions:The mycelia powder was considered to be less toxic effect on the experimental mice and needed to further study to determine the cause of toxicity.
