ki-67和CD—1a的表达对5-ALA光动力治疗尖锐湿疣疗效的影响

目的：评价5-ALA光动力治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床疗效,并探讨疗效与ki-67和CD—1a蛋白表达的相关性。方法：采用5-ALA光动力法对78例CA患者进行治疗,并采用免疫组化法检测ki-67、CD—1a在CA中的表达。结果：5-ALA光动力治疗CA,治愈率78．2％,复发率19．23％;CA皮损中ki-67高表达、CD—1a低表达的患者光动力治疗的临床治愈率低,易复发。结论：5-ALA光动力治疗CA的疗效与ki-67、CD-1a的蛋白表达可能具有一定相关性。

The in fluence of the expression of ki-67 and CD- 1a on the efficacy of treatment of condyloma acuminatum by 5 - ALA photodynamic therapy

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 5 - aminolevulinic acid - photodynamic therapy （5 - ALA- PDT）in the treatment of candyloma acuminatum （CA） and to correlate with the expression of ki- 67 and CD - 1a protein. Methods： The clinical efficacy was evaluated in 78 patients with CA treated with 5 - ALA - PDT. The expression of ki - 67, CD - 1a was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results： The cure rate of 5 - ALA- PDT was 78.2 % and the recmvence rate was 19.23 %. The patients with stronger expression of ki- 67 and a lower expression of CD - 1a had a lower cure rate and a higher recurrence rate. Conclusion： The expression of ki - 67 and CD - 1a proteins may be related to the efficacy of 5 - AIA - PDF in the treatment of CA.
