围刺法结合体针治疗黄褐斑临床观察

目的：观察围刺结合体针辩证治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将93例女性黄褐斑患者随机分为观察组（45例）和对照组（48例）,观察组采用局部围刺配合体针辨证治疗,对照组采用口服VitC、VitE和中药辨证治疗,观察两组疗效及治疗前后激素水平的变化。结果：两组治疗均取得了较好的疗效,总有效率观察组97.8%,对照组89.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组治疗前后激素水平比较差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论：围刺法结合体针辩证治疗黄褐斑疗效明显。

Clinical Observation on Chloasma Treated with Surrounded Needling Therapy Plus Body Acupuncture

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of surrounded needling therapy （a kind of acupuncture） plus body acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma.Methods：Ninty-three female chloasma patients were randomized into the observed group（45 cases） treated with surrounded needling therapy plus body acupuncture and the control group（48 cases） treated with oral taking vitC,vitE and chinese medicine. The overall therapeutic effect and the level of sex hormones in both groups were estimated before and after treatment.Results：The both groups had good effect,which in the observed group was better,and showed significant difference compared with the score in the control group（P〈0.05）.The overall effective rate was 97.8% in the observed group and 89.6% in the control group. It had not significant difference compared with the score on the level of sex hormones in both groups before or after treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Surrounded needling therapy plus body acupuncture has a good effect in treating chloasma.
