200例正常高值血压之血压血脂血糖的多元回归分析

目的：观察滋阴平肝潜阳汤调治阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压的临床疗效,并初步探讨血压、血脂、血糖之间的关系。方法：前瞻性、随机对照临床研究。共收集阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压者200例,所有病例随机分为治疗组（100人）与对照组（100人）,分别用滋阴平肝潜阳汤和杞菊地黄丸治疗,并观察两组患者治疗前后血压水平、证候疗效、血脂、血糖等。结果：治疗组与对照组合并在一起,用药前,收缩压与总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,总胆固醇增加一个单位,收缩压增加0.313个单位;高密度脂蛋白增加一个单位,收缩压降低0.134各单位;用药前,舒张压与总胆固醇有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,总胆固醇增加一个单位,舒张压增加0.181个单位。治疗组用药前,收缩压与总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,总胆固醇每增加一个单位,收缩压增加0.301个单位;高密度脂蛋白每增加一个单位,收缩压降低0.212个单位。治疗组用药前,舒张压与总胆固醇有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,总胆固醇每增加一个单位,舒张压增加0.228个单位。治疗组用药后,收缩压与血糖有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,血糖每增加一个单位,收缩压增加0.241个单位。治疗组用药后,舒张压与总胆固醇、血糖有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,总胆固醇每增加一个单位,舒张压降低0.237个单位,血糖每增加一个单位,舒张压上升0.225个单位。对照组用药前,收缩压与总胆固醇有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,总胆固醇增加一个单位,收缩压增加0.303个单位。对照组用药前,舒张压与血脂、血压没有明显的关系。对照组用药后,收缩压与血脂、血压没有明显的关系。对照组用药后,舒张压与血糖有关系,在其它因素不变的情况下,血糖每增加一个单位,舒张压增加0.262个单位。结论：滋阴平肝潜阳汤是治疗阴虚阳亢型正常高值血压的有效方药,不但能降低血压、改善症状,还有降血脂作用。血压与血脂、血糖、关系密切。

Multiple Regression and Correlation Analysis of Blood Pressure, Blood Lipids and Blood Glucose in 200 Patients with High -Normal Blood Pressure

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Ziyin Pinggan Qinayang decoction for high-normal blood pressure belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG,and preliminarily discuss the relation of blood pressure,blood lipids and blood glucose.Methods：Prospective,random contrast clinical study.We observed 200 pa-tients with high-normal blood pressure belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG,these pa-tients were divided randomly into treatment group（100 cases） and control group（100 cases）,and respectively treated by Ziyin Pinggan Qinayang decoction and Qiju Dihuang Pill,and observe blood pressure levels,therapeutic effect of syn-drome,blood lipids,blood glucose,etc of patients in the two group before and after treatment.Results：analysis from Combination treatment group and control group,before treatment,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and high-density lipoproteins are related,in the case of other factors unchanging,increased of 1 unit of total cholesterol,systolic blood pressure increased by 0.313 units;increased of 1 unit of high-density lipoproteins,systolic blood pressure de-creased by 0.134 units.before treatment,diastolic blood pressure and total cholesterol are related,in the case of other factors constant,increased of 1 unit of total cholesterol,diastolic blood pressure increased by 0.181 units.Before treat-ment in treatment group,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and high-density lipoproteins are related,in the case of other factors unchanging,increased of 1 unit of total cholesterol,systolic blood pressure increased by 0.301 units;increased of 1 unit of high-density lipoproteins,systolic blood pressure decreased by 0.212 units.Before treatment,diastolic blood pressure and total cholesterol are related,in the case of other factors constant,increased of 1 unit of total cholesterol,diastolic blood pressure increased by 0.228 units.Before treatment in treatment group,systolic blood pressure and blood glucose are related,in the case of other factors unchanging,increased of 1 unit of blood glucose,systolic blood pressure increased by 0.241 units.After treatment in treatment group,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol and blood glucose are related,in the case of other factors unchanging,increased of 1 unit of total cholesterol,diastolic blood pressure decreased by 0.237 units,increased of 1 unit of blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure increased by 0.225 units.Conclusion： Ziyin Pinggan Qinayang decoction is effective for high-normal blood pressure belong to type of deficiency of YIN leading to hyper activity of YANG,it not only lower blood pressure,improve symptom,but also lower blood lipids.Blood pressure,blood lipids and blood glucose are closely related.
