反复自然流产的主动免疫治疗进展

妊娠20周内自然流产连续发生3次或3次以上,称反复自然流产（RSA）临床上40%-80%反复自然流产找不到明确病因,称为不明原因反复自然流产（URSA）,而免疫性因素是其中重要的病因,尽管URSA的具体病理机制尚不明确,但许多治疗方法已经临床试验证实为有效,主动免疫治疗即是其中一种重要治疗手段,它包括丈夫和第三方淋巴细胞免疫法。就近10年来国内外主动免疫治疗进展加以综述。

Progressing Study on the Active Immunotherapy of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA） is defined as three or more consecutive pregnancy losses prior to the 20th week of gestation.The etiology of about 40%~80% recurrent spontaneous abortion is often unexpiained（URSA） and may be multifactorial,immunological factors may play major role in the failure of pregnancy in women with RSA.Although the exactly pathological mechanism is not clear.Various forms of treatment have being used in this field and have been proved efficient by several clinical trails.Active immunotherapy with allogeneic lymphocyte transfusions（ALT） or active immunotherapy is one of this,which include partner leukocyte therapy and donor leukocyte therapy.The present article reviews the progress in study on immunotherapy of URSA in the past decade.
