针灸治疗单纯性肥胖并发痛经的疗效分析

目的：观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发痛经的疗效。方法：将单纯性肥胖病及单纯性肥胖并发痛经的女性患者808例,依据诊断标准分为单纯性单纯肥胖病组（简称肥胖组）和单纯性肥胖并发痛经组（简称并发痛经组）,其中单纯性肥胖组407例,并发痛经组401例,两组均采用耳体针结合施治,观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、痛经症状评分。结果：针灸治疗后有效率肥胖组为96.31%,并发痛经组为89.02%,其中并发痛经组痊愈率33.17%,显效率38.40%,有效率17.46%,无效率10.97%。结论：针灸疗法对单纯性肥胖病及肥胖并发痛经患者均有良好的干预效果,表明针灸疗法同时具有减肥和镇痛的双重作用。

Acupuncture Treatment of Simple Obesity Complicated Analysis of the Efficacy of Dysmenorrheal
