中药直肠给药治疗肝炎高胆红素血症疗效观察

目的：观察中药直肠给药治疗肝炎高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法：随机分为两组,对照组给予常规保肝、降酶、退黄治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药保留灌肠,疗程3周。结果：治疗组的症状缓解,血清总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶的复常与对照组比较有明显差异。结论：中药直肠给药对肝炎高胆红素血症有较好的疗效。
