黄芩 柴胡及其配伍提取物对心肌炎小鼠心肌组织CVB3m RNA复制及IFNm RNA表达的影响

目的：研究黄芩、柴胡及其配伍提取物对心肌炎小鼠心肌组织CVB3mRNA复制及IFNmRNA表达的影响。方法：将Balb/c小鼠随机分为：柴胡组、黄芩组、配伍组,模型组和正常对照组。腹腔注射CVB3m病毒诱导Balb/c小鼠心肌炎模型,采用RT-PCR技术,检测各组小鼠给药后不同时间点心肌组织中CVB3m RNA的复制和IFNm RNA的表达情况。结果：3个给药组心肌组织中CVB3m-RNA的量明显低于模型对照组,其中黄芩组和配伍物组抗病毒作用明显;柴胡组和配伍组均可诱生干扰素,与模型组比较有显著差异。结论：黄芩提取物组具有明显抗病毒作用;柴胡在疾病早期具有明显抗病毒作用,且具有明显诱生干扰素的作用;配伍提取物组具有明显抗病毒和诱生干扰素作用,在疾病极期表现明显优势。

Effect of Skullcap Bupleurum Chinense and Compatibility Extract on Expression of CVB3m-RNA and IFN mRNA in the Myocardium in Mice with Viral Myocarditis

Objective：To explore the effect of skullcap extract（SE） Bupleurum Chinense extract（BCE） and compatibility extract （CE） on the expression of Coxsackie viruses B3m（CVB3m） RNA and Interferon（IFN） mRNA in the myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis. Methods：Viral myocardititis（VMC） model was induced by an intraperitoneal injection of Coxsackievirus B3 （CVB3） in the BALB/c mouse. The Balb/c mice were divided randomly into 5 groups：a normal control group,a VMC model control group,three drugs groups（SE group,BCE group and CE group）. All the mice were sacrificed on the 3,5,7,10th and 14th day after modeling. The expression of CVB3m RNA and IFN mRNA in myocardium of each group was detected. Results：the expression of CVB3m RNA lowered obviously in the three drug groups compared with that of the model control group,and that in SE and CE group is more obvious. The difference of results was statistically significant （P0.05）. The expression of IFN mRNA uppered obviously in the BCE and CE groups compared with that of the model control group.Conclusion：Skullcap extract has the obvious effect of antivirus.The effect of inducing IFN in the SE group is not obvious. The BCE and CE group can obviously induced IFN.
