冠心平对垂体后叶素致心肌缺血的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察冠心平对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)诱发急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组注射Pit后5min内心电图ST段、心率以及6h后血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化,心肌病理损伤程度的影响。结果:冠心平对Pit所致急性缺血性心电图ST段和心率的变化都有明显改善作用,能显著降低L D H的含量,增加血清SOD的活性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),心肌病理损伤程度明显减轻。结论:冠心平对Pit致大鼠急性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the protection effect of GuanXinPing on pituitary induced acute myocardium ischemia.Methods:Pituitrin(Pit) was given to form model of acute myocardium ischemia.The changes of ECG(ST-segment),heart rate after injection Pit via caudal vein in 5 minutes later and contents of LDH/SOD in serum was observed after 6 hours later.And to observe the experimental animal cardiac pathological damage extent.Results:GuanXinPing group can significantly improved the height of ST-segment and heart rate.The SOD activity was significantly enhanced and LDH contents was significantly reduced(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Cardiac pathological damage is reduced significantly.Conclusion:GuanXinPing have the functions of anti-acute myocardium ischemia.
