金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病并发高脂血症的临床研究

目的：观察金匮肾气丸对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的治疗作用。方法：将70例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者随机分为2组。金匮肾气丸治疗组35例用金匮肾气丸治疗;西药对照治疗组35例给予格华止合舒降之治疗,观察两组患者血糖、血脂、脂联素、瘦素、游离脂肪酸、血清一氧化氮及血浆内皮素的变化。结果：治疗前后两组组内比较,血糖、血脂、脂联素、瘦素、游离脂肪酸、血清一氧化氮及血浆内皮素差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,两组之间同期比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论：用金匮肾气丸治疗2型糖尿病合并高血脂症患者,能有效地降低血糖,调节血脂,增加一氧化氮、脂联素及瘦素水平,降低血浆内皮素和游离脂肪酸的水平。

Clinical Research of Jinkuishenqiwan Recipe on Type 2. Diabetes Mellitus Coincidence Hyperlipemia

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jinkuishenqiwan Recipe on type 2 diabetes mellitus coincidence hyperlipemia.Methods：Seventy type 2 diabetes mellitus coincidence hyperlipemia patients were randomly divided into two groups：Jinkuishenqiwan Recipe treatment group was treated with Jinkuishenqiwan Recipe,and western medicine treatment control group was treated with both Metformin and Simvastatin.The period of treatment was 12 weeks.Before and after the period of treatment,all the patients were performed blood sugar,blood fat,serum adiponectin,leptin,free fatty acid,nitrogen monoxidum,endothelin,and clinical symptoms and signs were observed.Results：Clinical symptoms and signs,blood sugar,blood fat,serum adiponectin,leptin,free fatty Acid,nitrogen monoxidum,and endothelin can be found to have a significant improvement between pre and post-treatment in patients of western medicine treatment control group and Jinkuishenqiwan Recipe treatment group（P 〈 0.05）.But there is no significant difference between the two groups at the same period（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Jinkuishenqiwan Recipe has good clinical effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus coincidence hyperlipemia
