| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎是直肠和结肠炎性疾病,病因未明。本文以中医基础理论与古代文献为依据,阐述了脾胃、肺、肝、肾各脏与溃疡性结肠炎发病的关系,认为溃疡性结肠炎发病与脾胃、肝、肾等脏密切相关,脾胃虚弱是溃疡性结肠炎的发病之本,湿热邪毒、瘀血内阻、积滞不通是溃疡性结肠炎反复发作的病理基础。

| Abstract: | Ulcerative Colitis（UC） is an inflammational disease in rectum and colon.Its causation isn＇t fully definite.The article explained the relationship of the spleen and stomach,liver,kidney.It think that the reason of UC is related to the spleen and stomach,liver,kidney etc.The weakness of spleen and stomach is the UC＇s foundation of for the morbidity.Hot and damp evil poison,the ecchymosis interface resistance and the overaccumulation does not pass is the pathology foundation which the ulcerous colitis manifests suddenly repeatedly. |
