拔伸斜扳推拿法对颈椎间盘突出症血浆内皮素的影响

目的：观察拔伸斜扳推拿法对颈椎间盘突出症血浆内皮素（endothelin,ET）的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法：将颈椎间盘突出症患者100例,随机分为拔伸斜扳推拿组5O例和中西药物组50例,分别于治疗前后行血浆ET检测,观察两组患者血浆ET的变化。结果：拔伸斜扳推拿组治疗后血浆ET水平明显下降（P〈0.05）;而中西药物组治疗后血浆ET水平略有下降（P〉0.05）,两组治疗后血浆ET水平有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：降低血浆ET水平可能是拔伸斜扳推拿法治疗颈椎间盘突出症的作用机制之一。

The Influence of Traction and Obligue Extention Tui na Method on the Plasma ET in Cervical Spondylosis Patients

Objective：To study The influence of traction and obligue extention tui na method on the plasma ET in Cervical Spondylosis Patientsand explore the mechanism. Methods：100 patients diagnosed as cervical intervertebral disc Herniation divided into two groups at random. Among them ,the test group（50） treated by ＂traction and obligue extention tuina method＂; the control group（50） were treated by Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment method .Observe the changes of plasma ET before and after therapy.Results：After Therapy, the average value of plasma ET decreases obviously in the test group（P0.05） whiledecreases slightly in the control group（P0.05）.There is significant difference between two groups.（ P﹤0.05）Conclusion： Decrease ing the level of the plasma ET may be one of the mechanisms of treating Cervical Spondylosis Patients with the method of traction and obligue extention tui na .
