艾迪注射液联合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效研究

目的：研究艾迪注射液对放射治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效和放疗副作用的影响。方法：64例病理确诊的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分组为两组：放疗加艾迪注射液组（治疗组）33例,单纯放疗组（对照组）31例,放疗采用常规外放疗,艾迪注射液60-100mL每日静脉滴注,比较两组间效果。结果：治疗组治疗有效率72.7%,对照组治疗有效率48.4%,两组比较P〈0.05,有显著性差异;两组之间体重稳定情况比较、白细胞有否降低情况比较、乏力减轻情况比较、卡氏评分比较均显示P〈0.05,有显著性差异。治疗组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋与治疗前比较无明显降低,而对照组则相反。结论：艾迪注射液应用于放射治疗晚期肺癌中可以提高近期疗效,减轻放疗副作用,提高患者免疫力,改善患者生活质量。

Clinical Reserch on Aidi Injection Combined with Radiotherapy for Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To study efficiency and side effect influence of Chinese medicine Aidi injection in radiotherapy of non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods： 64 patients who pathologically confirmed non-small-cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly： radiotherapy combined with Aidi injection group（treatment group） 33 cases,radiotherapy alone（control group） 31 cases.Radiotherapy was conventional radiotherapy;Aidi injection was intravenously used by 60-100ml per day,then comparing results between two groups.Results：The response rates of treatment group and that of control group was presented,and the comparison result of two groups was P〈0.05（significant difference）.The comparison between two groups of weight stablization,WBC variety,fatigue relief and Karnofsky score shown P〈0.05,significant difference.T-lymphocyte subsets CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋ / CD8＋,in treatment group is not significant decrease,compared with it before;however,it was just the opposite in the control group.Conclusions： Aidi injection can be used in lung cancer radiotherapy to reduce side effects,increase patients immunity and improve quality of life.
