大黄蛭丹汤治疗高血压脑出血术后急性期疗效观察

目的：探讨大黄蛭丹汤治疗高血压脑出血术后急性期的疗效和机制。方法：90例高血压脑出血术后急性期病人随机分成两组,对照组45例西医常规治疗,治疗组45例采用大黄蛭丹汤及西医常规治疗,两组病人均治疗14天,并观察相关指标。结果：治疗组病人治疗到7天、14天和30天的清醒率分别为37.78%、62.22%和88.89%,均优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗30天和90天神经功能缺损程度评分及90天日常生活能力均明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论：大黄蛭丹汤治疗可提高病人的生存率和清醒率,改善神经功能和生活质量,降低严重残疾和病死率。

The Rapeutic Efficacy of DaHuangZhiDanTang in Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage After Operated

Objective：To study the clinical curative effects of DaHuangZhiDanTang on treatment hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and explore its mechanism.Methods：90 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly.The control group（45cases） was treated by Western Medicine,the treatment group（45cases）by DaHuangZhiDanTang and Western Medicine. The time for treatment in both groups was 14days,and related indexes were assessed after treatment.Results：Compared with the control group,the recovery rate in the treatment group were were 37.78% ,62.22% and 88.89% on the 7th,14th and 20th day after treatment were uperior to the control group （P〈0.01）,the neurological deficit score（National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS）determined on the 30thand the 90th day after treatment was a meliorated in the treatment group（P0.05）,the ability of daily living was uperior to the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：DaHuangZhiDanTang used in this study may increase the survival rate and recovery rate,improve neural function and quality of life of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,and reduce the mortality and severe disability rate.
