| 摘 要： | 目的：测定金黄胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法：色谱柱：Diamomsil C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μL）;流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（47∶53∶0.2）;检测波长：278nm;流速：1.0mL/min;柱温：40℃。结果：黄芩苷在0.178μg-1.780μg范围内和面积的线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.55%,RSD为2.12%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为金黄胶囊中黄芩苷的测量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determination the contents of baicalin in Golden Capsule.Methods： Chromatographic Column： Diamomsil C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μL）;Mobile Phase： methanol-water-methanol（47∶53∶0.2）;detection wavelength： 278nm;velocity： 1.0mL/min;column temperature： 40℃.Results： There was a good linear relationship over the range of 0.178μg～1.780μg of baicalin.r=0.999 9（n=5）.The average recovery rate was 101.55%with RSD was 2.12%（n=6）.Conclusion： the method is simple and accurate and with good reproducibility,and can be used for the Determination of baicalin. |
