项针治疗假性延髓麻痹的临床研究

目的：探讨项针治疗假性球麻痹的临床疗效及机理。方法：将86例患者随机分为两组,针刺组44例,运用项针配合体针治疗,留针30min,每日1次,6天为1个疗程,休息1天后进行第2个疗程,最长治疗3个疗程;对照组42例,运用常规药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后吞咽、言语功能的评定和并发症发生率情况的影响。结果：两组患者反复唾液吞咽测试、洼田氏饮水测试、洼田氏吞咽能力评定、言语功能评定均较治疗前有显著性改善（P〈0.05）,针刺组显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;针刺组并发症出现率显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：项针可以减少假性球麻痹患者并发症的发生率,项针可明显改善假性球麻痹病人的吞咽和言语障碍,提高吞咽和言语功能分级。

Clinical Effect of Nape-needle in Treating Patients with Pseudobulbar Palsy

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Nape-needle in treating patients with pseudobulbar palsy,and study its possible mechanism. Methods： 86 cases of pseudobulbar palsy were randomly divided into two groups. Among them 44 cases had been treated with Nape-needle for 30min each time,treated for 3courses. The other 42 cases had been treated with common drug served as a control group. The swallowing function evaluation and speech function scores of both groups were documented respectively before/after treatment, as well as and incidence rate of complication. Results： After treatment the score of swallowing function evaluation and speech function in both groups had significant improved（P0.05）,and there is significant difference between these two groups（P0.05）.Compared with the control group, incidence rate of complication of treated group was obviously degraded （P0.05）.Conclusion： Nape-needle can degrade the incidence rate of complication,and obviously ameliorate swallowing and speech function handicap of the patients with pseudobulbar palsy and improve swallowing and speech function grade.
