超微细粉小复方对冠脉结扎大鼠血清NO ET的影响

摘    要:目的:观察具有益气活血通痹作用的中药超微细粉小复方对冠脉结扎大鼠血清NO、ET的影响。方法:通过冠脉结扎建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,63只大鼠随机分假手术组(Sham)、模型组(Model)、中粉组(Z)、超微细粉组(X)、煎剂组(J)、麝香保心丸组(SX)等7组,灌胃14天。观察心电图和血清NO、ET的变化。结果:益气活血通痹小复方能够降低心电图J点升高程度,升高NO,降低ET。结论:益气活血通痹小复方能够减轻心肌的缺血性损伤,可能与其调节血清NO、ET,从而保护血管内皮,发挥抗心肌缺血的作用有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi small micropowder compound recipe on e the Serum Nitric Oxide,Endothelin with myocardial schemia in rats.Methods: 63 SD rats were divided into 7 groups randomly:sham group,model group,thick powder group(C),mediate powder group(Z),micropowder group(X),decoction group(J) and Shexiang Baoxin Pills group(SX).Rats were fed 14 days,NO and ET contents in plasma were observed.Results: Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi compound recipe could obviously decrease J point raise,raise NO level and decrease ET level.Compared with model rats,Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi compound recipe could obviously decrease J point raise,raise SOD NO level and decrease MDA ET level,raise Na^+-K^+-ATPase,Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATPase,decrease FFA level in heart tissue.The mediate powder group and micropowder group is better.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi compound recipe has the effect of releasing myocardial schemia injury,maybe it is because of regulating the Serum NO ET to antagonize myocardial schemia.
