丹参注射液联合前列腺素E1治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床研究

目的：观察丹参注射液联合前列腺素E1治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效,探索一条治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的有效途径。方法：选择2007年1月-2008年12月期间本院共收治72例老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予糖尿病宣教、适量运动、饮食控制等常规糖尿病治疗,对照组给予前列腺素E1治疗;观察组在此基础上加用丹参注射液。对比分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组下肢血管病变总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为69.4%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;观察组足背动脉血流量、血管踝肱指数（AB I）、血流动力学、下肢血管炎症因子等指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论丹参注射液联合前列腺素E1治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变可以发挥各自优势,起到协同作用,疗效确切、安全、经济实用,不良反应少,值得临床进一步推广和探讨。

Danshen Injection of Prostaglandin E1 Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Lesion

Objective：Danshen injection of prostaglandin E1 treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic lower extremity vascular disease clinical efficacy,to explore a treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease effective way.Methods：January 2007-December 2008 were treated in our hospital 72 cases of elderly type 2 diabetic lower extremity arterial disease for the study were randomly divided into two groups and the control group.Two groups were treated with diabetes missionary,regular exercise,dietary control and other conventional diabetes treatment,control group given prostaglandin E1 treatment factors;based on the observation group Jiayong Salvia injection.Comparison of treatment effects.Results：of lower extremity vascular disease observed group total effective rate was 91.7%,control group 69.4% of the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the difference was significant（P0.05）;observation group dorsal blood flow,vascular ankle brachial index（ABI）,hemodynamics,lower extremity vascular inflammatory factors and other indicators are better than the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）;observed adverse reaction rate than the control group showed no significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Danshen injection of prostaglandin E1 treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic lower extremity vascular disease can play their respective advantages,play a synergistic and effective,safe,economical and practical,less adverse reactions,is worthy of further promotion and discussion.
