松龄血脉康对脑缺血损伤大鼠海马超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨不同剂量松龄血脉康对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤后海马超微结构的影响。方法:用Longa线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)模型。观察不同剂量的松龄血脉康对缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠行为学、海马凋亡细胞、CA1区细胞超微结构的影响。结果:不同剂量松龄血脉康干预后均显著减轻MCAO模型大鼠神经功能缺损评分,明显降低海马组织凋亡细胞数、促进了海马CA1区神经元恢复。结论:松龄血脉康能降低脑缺血损伤大鼠海马细胞凋亡。对海马超微结构有明显改善作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the Ultrastructural effect of different dose of Songling Xuemaikang (SL-xmk) in the rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods:45 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups and the models of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) were made by Zea Longa method and followed by reperfusion after 2h. The groups of low ,middle and high dose were treated with 468.75,937.5,1875mg/kg of SL-xmk,respectively. The sham-operation group(n=9) and the control group(n=9) were both treated with 1mL/100g isotonic saline. The neurologic impairment symptoms,apoptotic neurons in hippocampus and morphous of neurons in CA1 were observed after 7d.Results:The different dose of SL-xmk could significantly palliate the neurologic impairment symptoms,obviously degrade apoptosis of neurons in hippocampus and promote neuron recuperate of CA1.Conclusion:SL-xmk can reduce the apoptosis of neuron after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,and obviously improve the Ultrastructural effect of hippocampus.
