妊娠晚期抑郁与中医体质的关系

目的：探讨妊娠晚期抑郁症与妊娠期中医体质的关系。方法：以在浙江省妇产科参加具有中医特色的孕产妇保健系统管理的孕产妇作为研究对象,对其进行中医体质辨识及填写抑郁自评量表。采用SPSS软件进行统计分析,计数资料进行卡方分析。结果：本研究表明妊娠期抑郁症的发生率为24.51%,是常见病和多发病。妊娠期抑郁症的发生与妊娠期中医体质有明显相关性。妊娠晚期体质偏颇者抑郁症发生率明显增高。结论：对孕妇进行中医体质的辨识,并对体质偏颇者进行食疗等方式＂纠偏＂,有利于减少妊娠晚期抑郁症的发生。

The Relationship About The Depression In Late-pregnancy And Constitution In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objectives：Explore the relationship with the depression in late-pregnancy and constitution in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：The study objects are pregnant women who examined in Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang Chinese medicine hospital in Xiasha and join the management of the health care system which have characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the study of maternal,I made pregnant women physical identification and filled out Self-rating Depression Scale.I used SPSS software for statistical analysis,count data for chi-square analysis.Results：This study shows that the incidence of depression in late-pregnancy was 24.51%,which proves that depression in late-pregnancy is a common and frequently-occurring disease. The occurrence of depression in late-pregnancy is deeply connected with postnatal physiological state.The incidence of depression in late-pregnancy of postnatal deviation constitution is clearly heightened.Conclusions：That made pregnant women physical identification,and used food or herbal medicine to correct the postnatal deviation constitution,can be propitious to cut down the incidence of depression in late pregnancy.
