复方茵栀颗粒质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的:建立复方茵栀颗粒的质量控制标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中茵陈、黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定绿原酸含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强;绿原酸在0.0125~0.4000μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.99%,RSD为4.44%。结论:该方法简单、准确、可靠、重现性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard for Compound Yinzhi Granules.Methods: Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were identified by Thin layer chromatography,and the content of Chlorogenicacid was determined by HPLC.Results: Identification of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by TLC was special. Chlorogenicacid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0125 ~0.4000 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 97.99%,and RSD was 4.44%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility,and can control the quality of Compound Yinzhi granule.
