乳腺导管内窥镜检查在乳头溢液中的应用价值

通过临床乳腺导管内窥镜检查在乳头溢液中的应用,探讨乳腺导管内窥镜在乳头溢液中的应用价值。方法：对520例乳头溢液患者行乳管内窥镜检查,统计分析乳头溢液性质、溢液量,部位及乳管内窥镜下表现,从而丰富乳头溢液辨病内容,提高临床诊断率。结果：乳腺增生病以正常乳管表现居多,其次可见乳管扩张I型及乳管僵硬狭窄II型。乳腺导管扩张症以乳管扩张I型居多。乳管内乳头状瘤（病）镜下76.16%见占位改变,多呈圆球形、结节聚集,白色、黄色多见,占据大部分管腔,其中2例乳管内窥镜诊为疑似癌,病理证实为早期癌。结论：乳头溢液是多种乳腺疾病乳管内改变主要症状之一,研究初步表明,其溢液性质、量及乳管内窥镜相应表现可为诊断提供可靠性依据。

The Diagnosising Value of the Breast Fiberoptic Ductoscopy on the Patients of Nipple Discharge

Objective：To investigate the diagnosising value of the breast fiberoptic ductoscopy on the patients of nipple discharge.Methods： 520 patients of nipple discharge were examined by the breast fiberoptic ductoscopy.The character and quantity of nipple discharge and site of lesion and manifestation under breast fiberoptic ductoscopy were statistically analyzed,which rich the content of differentiation of nipple discharge and heighten the diagnostic rate in clinical.Results： The appearance of galactophore in cyclomastopathy mostly is normal,and the comedomastitis I type and galactophore rigidity and angusty II type are frequent.It is about 76.16% which can be found occupying pathological changes with microscope in Intracanalicular papilloma,in which 2 examples was diagnosed conceivable case of cancer.The pathological change result confirm as early carcinoma.Conclusion： Nipple discharge is the primary symptom among the galactophore intraductal disease,the study initially show that character and quantity of nipple discharge and manifestation under breast fiberoptic ductoscopy could provide reliant basis for for diagosis and treatment.
