中药益糖康胶囊的药代动力学研究

目的：对益糖康胶囊在家兔体内的药代动力学特征进行初步研究,为益糖康胶囊的进一步的研究和临床应用提供依据。建立家兔血浆内盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法,研究灌胃给药后,盐酸小檗碱在家兔体内的药代动力学规律。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定中药益糖康胶囊中主要成分盐酸小檗碱在血浆中随时间变化的浓度变化,并据此描绘盐酸小檗碱在兔体内的药物代谢-时间曲线。结果：对家兔予中药益糖康灌胃后,益糖康中盐酸小檗碱能迅速被吸收,达峰时间短,吸收速度快,消除速度快。其含量在5m in内达到高峰,之后盐酸小檗碱的含量随时间推移而迅速降低,2h后盐酸小檗碱含量降到最低。

Pharmacokinetics of Yi-Tang-Kang Capsule

Objective： The purpose of this study is to establish a quantitative measurement for berberine hydrochloride in cony blood plasma after feed with Yi-Tang-Kang and the pharmacokinetics was studied using this method.Method： The concentration of berberine hydrochloride in the plasma was assayed by the HPLC method.Then according to the result to describe the arcuation of pharmacokinetics.Result： After feed rabbit with Yi-Tang-Kang,the berberine hydrochloride can be ingest rapidly.The contents of berberine hydrochloride in the plasma is maxlmum in five minutes.With time past,the contents of berberine hydrochloride is reduce.It is reach minimum level at two hours after feed.
