硫酸蒽酮法与硫酸苯酚法测定灵芝多糖含量比较

摘    要:目的:比较硫酸蒽酮法与硫酸苯酚法测定灵芝多糖含量的差异。方法:分别采用上述两种方法利用紫外可见分光光度计测定灵芝中多糖的含量。结果:利用上述两种方法分别测定同一样品灵芝多糖的含量,硫酸蒽酮法测定结果高于硫酸苯酚法。结论:两种方法均操作简便,稳定可行,较之硫酸苯酚法,药典记载的硫酸蒽酮法更加科学合理。

Abstract:Objective:To compare difference in determination content between phenol-vitriolic colorimetry method and anthrone sulphuric acid colorimetry method for polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum.Methods:Above two methods were employed to determine content of polysaccharides by UV spectrophotography. Results:The determination value of anthrone-sulphuric acid colorimetry method is high than the phenol-vitriolic colorimetry method.Conclusion:The result of anthrone-sulphuric acid colorimetry method is more reliable and accurate,it can be considered as the optimum assay method for polysaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum.
