桥小脑角池和内听道气造影的正常CT表现

摘    要:本文对69例桥小脑角池和内听道气造影的正常CT表现进行了分析。69例中,内听道及桥小脑角池显示良好者68例(98.6%),其中,听神经显示率97.1%,小脑绒球显示率20.3%,三叉神经、血管和其他后组颅神经显示率各17.4%。对上述结构的显示方法、CT表现等作了重点讨论。

Abstract:In this paper, 69 cases of CT/air cister-nography of normal cerebellopontine angleand internal auditory canal were studied.The results showed that 98.6% of cisterno-graphy (68 cases) had good air-filling onCT, which included acoustic nerve 97.1%(67 cases), trigeminal nerve, artery andother posteriorly situated cranial nerve 17. 4% (12 cases)and cerebellar flocculus 20.3% (14cases). The method of detection and nor-mal finding of cisternography were discus-sed. The clinical value of cerebellopontineangle and internal auditory canal air/CTcisternography is as follows: (1) It provi-des an excellent demonstration of the sizeand morphologic appearance of cerebello-pontine angle and internal auditory canal;(2) It defines the location of acousticnerve, trigeminal nerve, vessels and otherposteriorly situated cranial nerves and alsosome small acoustic nerve tumors can bediscovered; (3) It is a simple and safetechnique.
