| 摘 要： | 目的观察国产长春瑞滨（盖诺）联合阿霉素方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法应用国产长春瑞滨（25mg/m^2iv第1，8天）加阿霉素（40mg/m^2iv第1天）治疗晚期乳腺癌25例。结果取得CR2例，PR13例，总有效率（CR＋PR）达60％；毒性反应主要是骨髓抑制，其中Ⅲ～Ⅳ度达48％。结论国产长春瑞滨加阿霉素方案对晚期乳腺癌疗效明确，毒副反应可以耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of combination of chemotherapy with Vinorelbine and Doxorubicin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Method Twenty-five patients with advanced breast cancer were treated with Vinorelbine 25mg/m^2 iv for day 1 and 8,and Doxorubiein 40mg/m^2 iv for day 1. Results Complete response in 2 patients and partial response in 13 patients were observed with an overall response rate of 60% , The main side-effect was myelosuppression, and grade 3 and 4 leukopenia in most patients 48%. Conclusion Result showed that the combined chemotherapy was effective and safe in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. |
