中医综合疗法治疗单纯性肥胖的疗效观察

目的：探讨中医综合疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的有效性、安全性。方法：100例单纯性肥胖症患者按随机数字表分为2组，治疗组50例采用中医综合疗法治疗，对照组50例按疗程口服奥尼可（奥利司他）治疗，分别观察两组的疗效、各项指标变化情况和不良反应。结果：中医综合疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症有很好的疗效，其有效率和各项指标的变化情况与目前成熟的西药治疗方案（口服奥尼可）比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），但不良反应出现率远低于西医组。结论：中医综合疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效确切，无明显不良反应，临床依从性好，适合长期应用，与西药治疗方案比较有明显的优势。

Clinical Observation of Treating Simple Obesity with Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Therapy

Objective:To investigate the validity and safety of treating simple obesity with Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy.Methods:One hundred of patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy,the control group was given oral administration of orlistat,the treatment effect,change of each index and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed respectively.Results:Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy had very good effect on treating simple obesity,its effective rate and change of each index had no significant difference when compared with recent western medicine treatment project(P>0.05),but the occurrence rate of adverse reactions was much lower than western medicine group.Conclusions:Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy has obvious effect on treating simple obesity,has no obvious adverse reactions,the clinical compliance has no relation to sex,suitable for long time use,has obvious advantages when compares with western medicine.
