外阴基底细胞癌8例临床分析

目的:总结外阴基底细胞癌的临床特点,治疗方法和预后。方法:回顾性分析我院1964年1月至2002年12月收治的8例外阴基底细胞癌的临床资料。结果:8例外阴基底细胞癌患者的发病年龄为33～86岁,平均61岁。起病至确诊的平均时间为4.5年。8例患者中,2例在外院行肿物单纯切除后在我院行补充手术,其余6例中,3例行肿物单纯切除,3例行病灶局部扩大切除。随访中2例患者死于心肺疾患,1例随访8年未见复发后失访。其余5例随访1.5～15年未见复发。结论:外阴基底细胞癌是较少见的外阴恶性肿瘤,罕见转移,病灶局部切除或扩大切除且镜下切缘阴性可取得良好的预后。

Clinical Analysis of Basal Cell Carcinoma of the Vulva: A Report of 8 Cases

Objective:To summarize the clinical features,methods of treatment and the prognosis in basal cell carcinoma of the vavla.Mothods:The clinical data of the 8 cases with basal call carcinoma of the vavla,admitted in the Center from January 1964 to December 2002,were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The average age of the patients in the 8 cases was 61,and the mean time from the onset to diagnosis of the disease was 4.5 years.Two of the 8 cases received the first surgery in other hospital and received complementary surgery.Three cases received simple local excision,3 cases received extensive local excision.Two patients died of other diseases and 1 lost the follow-up after 8 years.Five achieved the disease-free survival for a long time.Conclusion:Basal sell carcinoma of the vulva is an extremely uncommon tumor that rarely metastasizes or spreads.The prognosis of the disease is fairly good.Local excision of the focus or extensive local excision with negative incisal margins is the choice for the treatment.
