经皮激光汽化减压治疗战士腰椎间盘突出症

目的探讨经皮激光汽化减压术治疗战士腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法采用双侧入路X型五点汽化激光椎间盘减压术治疗战士腰椎间盘突出症患者26例,男25例,女1例,平均年龄19.6（18～30）岁。采用视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）及腰椎功能障碍指数（Oswestry disability index,ODI）评定患者手术后的疗效。结果VAS及ODI评定结果显示患者手术前后的VAS及ODI分值改变有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论双侧入路X型五点汽化激光椎间盘减压术是治疗战士腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。

Percutaneous Laser Disk Decompression for Lumbar Disc Herniation of Soldiers

Objective To evaluate the effects of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD） in treating lumbar disc herniations of soldiers.Methods Bilateral approach using five points as X pattern vaporization laser disc decompression for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation Warrior 26 patients,male 25 cases,1 female,with an average age of 19.6（18～30） years old.Using visual analogue scales（visual analogue scale,VAS） and Oswestry disability index（Oswestry disability index,ODI） assessed the efficacy of post-operative patients.Results VAS and ODI evaluation results showed that patients with postoperative changes in VAS and ODI scores was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion PLDD by bilaterl approach with steaming five points as X pattern which is an effective method to cure lumbar disc herniations of soldiers,
