| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨利培酮合并高压氧对慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:将68例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组在利培酮治疗的同时施加高压氧治疗,对照组单用利培酮治疗。分别于治疗前一天和治疗后3个月末用PANSS量表进行疗效评定,用TESS量表于治疗后第1、2、3个月末评定副反应。结果:治疗前研究组与对照组PANSS评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后3个月末研究组PANSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);临床疗效评定结果,研究组显效率79％,对照组显效率47％,研究组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:高压氧对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复具有良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: 16 explore the clinical effects of risperidone combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: 68 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into treating group (n = 34) and control group (n = 34), for 3 months control group were given risperidone, treating group were given risperidone in addition to HBO. Effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS. Results: The score of PANSS in treating group was significant lower than of control group after 3 months treatment (P<0.01, no difference before treatment). The effective rates of treating group and control group were 79% and 47% respectively, ami there was significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05). The side effects of treating group were slighter than that of control group. Conclusions: HBO is very effective to rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia. |
