1978～1997年中华结核和呼吸杂志防治性研究文献评价

目的了解我国有关呼吸系统疾病防治性研究论文现状，重视科研设计，提高论文学术水平。方法按照循证医学（EBM）标准，对中华结核和呼吸杂志1978～1997年20年间的全部防治性研究论文进行回顾性检索并进行评价。结果20年间刊出的防治性研究论文共计394篇，其中随机对照试验（RCT）41篇，临床对照试验（CCT）50篇，仅占防治性研究论文的23．1％，且质量存在问题。安慰剂对照研究论文（10篇）占RCT和CCT的11．0％，盲法研究论文12篇占13．2％，31篇药物研究论文（34．1％）本评价其不良反应；40篇论文（44．0％）未提供基线资料。结论我国有关呼吸系统疾病防治性研究论文科研设计不够严谨，研究结果的真实性受到影响。加强论文的科研设计和改进统作方法，对提高论文学术水平至关重要。

Evaluation of preventive studies of Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases 1978-1997]

Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical trial ahallt preventive researeh pape on respiratory diseases in China. To stress the design of the research, and to improve the quality of the studies.Methods An the preventiv and treatment studies of Chinese Journal of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases (1978 ~ 1997) were assessed according to evidene based medicine (EBM )Standard. ho hi the past 20years, 394 preventive study papers were published , 41 were random control trial (RCT),50 were clinical control trial (CCT),the total pereentag of RCT and CCT was 23. 1%, and edity problem also etisted. Conclusions The design of the stud in the respiratory diseases is not rigorous, thus the ascuracy of the result is greatly affected.Improving the design of the researeh and the bostics methed is very important to improve the quality of the research.
