| 小儿膝关节骨肿瘤保肢手术的方法 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童膝关节恶性骨肿瘤的治疗方法，将人工半关节置换用于重建膝关节的保肢手术。方法对2000年～2005年间胫骨上端骨肉瘤5例患儿进行手术--人工半关节假体置换。结果随访2～3年，所有患儿手术成功，均可在支具保护下行走。结论半关节用于儿童膝关节周围恶性肿瘤具有保留正常骨骺及膝关节和重建膝关节等优点，同时达到保肢手术的目的和优点，并为成年后全关节置换创造了条件。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the semi-joint prosthesis knee joint reconstruction method in the children patients with malignant tumor.Methods From 2000 to 2005,five children with malignant tumor around the knee joint underwent semi-joint prostheses replacement surgery. Results All of the 5 patients' operations were successful and the patients could walk under the protection of the brace after operation for 4~6 weeks.One patient suffered from osteosarcoma died of multiple organs metastases.Conclusion The semi-joint prostheses in the limb-sparing operation in the children malignant tumor around the knee joint have the advantage for avoiding the opposite epiphysis damage. |
