| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架（Nocardiarubracellwallskeleton，N-CWS）对膀胱肿瘤的治疗效果及免疫学机制。方法：膀胱癌荷瘤鼠注射N-CWS，观察N-CWS的抑瘤效果及N-CWS对白细胞介素2（IL-2）水平和自然杀伤（NK）细胞活性的影响。结果：注射N-CWS的膀胱癌荷瘤鼠的抑瘤率为96.2％，其IL-2水平及NK细胞活性明显高于肿瘤对照组。结论：N-CWS对膀胱癌具有明显的抑制作用，其机制可能是通过提高机体的IL-2水平和NK细胞活性促进机体的抗肿瘤免疫而实现的。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To investigate the effect and immunological mechanism of nocardia rubracell wall skeleton(N-CWS) on bladder carcinoma. Methods:The effects of N-CWS on bladder carci-noma and on the activities of interleukin-2(IL-2) and NK cell were studied in syngenic mice bearingbladder carcinoma. Results: The tumor inhibition rate treated by N-CWS was 96. 2%. The level ofIL-2 and the activity of NK cell in the group treated by N-CWS were higher than those in controlgroup.Conclusions: N-CWS had significant inhibitory effect on bladder carcinoma, which dependedon the enhancement of immunological function against tumor owing to increasing the level of IL-2and the activity of NK cell in the body. |
