| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨门诊实施健康教育对糖尿病 (DM)患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白的作用。方法 :对 2 0 0例 DM患者进行门诊健康教育 (包括个体交谈、集中授课、组织讨论和定期回访 ) 1a,动态观察教育前后患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果 :接受教育后 ,血糖、糖化血红蛋白控制在满意的水平 ,与教育前相比较存在显著性差异 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :在门诊实施有效的健康教育对 DM患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白的控制起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of outpatient health education on diabetic patients' blood glucose and HbA 1c. Methods One year's outpatient health education (including individual talks, lectures, discussions and regular visits) was offered to 200 diabetic patients. The blood glucose and HbA 1c were tested before and after the health education. Results After the health education, the blood glucose and HbA 1c levels were controlled satisfactorily. Compared with those before the health education, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective outpatient health education plays an important role in the control of the diabetic patients blood glucose and HbA1c levels. |
