| 摘 要： | 目的：低血糖对新生儿的损伤是不可估量，值得我们重视；方法：翻阅查找资料对其病因、分类、病理生理，临床表现，诊断及治疗进行了综合论述；结果：造成新生儿低血糖的病因复杂，如未能及时发现和妥善处理，可致永久性脑损伤；结论：无症状性低血糖比有症状性低血糖预后好。另外，新生儿低血糖是否引起脑损伤，主要取决于持续性低血糖的时间和严重程度。

| Abstract: | Objective:The damage of hypoglycemia could not be estimable on infants.It is worth paying a great attention;Methods:Reviewing many related literature and concluding integrated treatise of its cause,classification,Pathophysiology,manifestation,diagnosis and treatment;Result:The cause of hypoglycemia is very complicated.If we can't diagnose and give a proper treatment in time.It may lead to permenent encephalic damage;Conclusion:The prognosis of asymptomic cases is better than symptomic ones whether the hypoglycemia can lead to brain damage is much related to lts continous time and severity.
