| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将58例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各29例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药治疗,30天后观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.1%;对照组总有效率为72.4%。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可提高疗效、缩短病程,且价格低廉,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of combining Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine on anaphylactoid purpura in children.Methods：58 cases of children with anaphylactoid purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Western medicine Treatment for controlled group; Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy added to Western medicine Treatment for the treatment group;Observe the clinical Efficiency after 30 days.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group reaches 93.1 % while the total effective rate of controlled group is 72.4 %.Conclusion：Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine Treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children can enhance the clinical efficiency, shorten the course of treatment and the price is cheap so it is worth spreading |
