护士职业承诺影响因素的调查

摘    要:目的:了解护士的职业承诺,评估护士从事护理职业的原因,以期为合理的护理管理提供依据。方法:对武汉市三所医院的426名护士进行职业承诺的问卷调查,数据分析采用方差分析,多元回归分析。结果:年轻或护龄短的护士情感承诺高;护龄长或学历高的护士承诺降低;年龄大的护士规范承诺和代价承诺高;大医院的护士代价承诺高,结论:人口学变量如年龄,护龄,学历及医院的规模对职业承诺有影响。

Investigation on the Influencing Factors of Occupational Commitment for Nurses
Abstract:Objective To know occupational commitment for nurses. Methods A total of 426 staff nurses from three hospitals in Wuhan received an occupational commitment questionnaire. Data were analyzed using variance and multiple regression analysis. Results Young or short occupational tenure nurses had higher affective commitment, while old or high educational background nurses was lower. Old nurses had higher normative commitment and cost commitment. The cost commitment of the big hospitals' nurses was high. Conclusion Demographic variables such as age, educational background, occupational tenure, etc., have an influence on occupational commitment.
