虫草多糖对8-MOP/UVA诱导光老化皮肤成纤维细胞胶原的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨虫草多糖(CP)对皮肤成纤维细胞光老化保护作用中对胶原的影响。方法:用8-甲氧补骨脂素联合UVA(8-MOP/UVA)诱导皮肤成纤维细胞光老化,用电镜观察、羟脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量测定及免疫细胞化学等方法观察虫草多糖对成纤维细胞光老化过程中胶原的影响。结果:光老化组细胞较对照组蛋白合成功能不活跃,羟脯氨酸含量下降,丙二醛含量升高,Ⅰ型胶原表达降低,Ⅲ型胶原表达增高,虫草保护组细胞有所改善。结论:虫草多糖对8-MOP/UVA诱导光老化的皮肤成纤维细胞胶原变化具有逆转作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of cordyceps polysaccharides (CP) on fibroblasts collagens in photoaging skin. Methods: The Photoaging skin fibroblast modds were induced by 8-MOP/UVA. TEM, hydroxyprohne(HYP) ,MDA quantity and immunocytochemistry were used to test the effects of cordyceps polysaccharides on collagens. Results: Compared with the control group, it was noted that the protein synthesis was not active, the content of HYP was decreased and the content of MDA was increased, the expression of Collagen Ⅰ was decresed, and that of Collagen Ⅲ was increased in the model group. While, these abnormal changes were alleviated in the CP group. Conclusion: Cordyceps polysaccharides can reverse the abnormal changes of fibroblasts collegens in photoaging skin.
