重庆城市人口寿命表及去死因寿命表分析

目的分析2000年重庆市主城区城市居民平均寿命及耗损平均寿命的主要疾病.方法按蒋庆琅法,用Excel软件计算和编制简略寿命表及去死因简略寿命表.结果 2000年重庆市主城区城市居民平均寿命为75.79岁（男73.63岁,女77.94岁）.关于平均寿命的耗损,在男性中,以恶性肿瘤最严重,为4.06岁;在女性中,以脑血管病最严重,为2.47岁.恶性肿瘤对男女居民平均寿命的耗损,均以肺癌最严重（男为1.21岁,女为0.63岁）.结论为了进一步延长重庆城市居民平均寿命,控制慢性非传染性疾病是关键,而提倡健康的生活方式是最重要的措施.

Analysis of Life Table and Cause Eliminated Life Table of Towns people in Chongqing

Objective To study the average length and chief diseases of losing average length for townspeople in Chongqing in 2000.Methods According to the method of Jiang Qing-lang,Microsoft Excel was used to calculate and work out life table and cause eliminated life table.Results The average length of townspeople in Chongqing in 2000 was 75.79 years old (male 73.63,female 77.94).As for the loss of average length,malignant tumors was the severest in men,being lost 4.06 years; cerebrovascular diseases was the severest in women,being lost 2.47 years.As for the loss of average length by malignant tumors,lung cancer was the severest in men and women(male 1.21 years,female 0.63 years ).Conclusion For further prolonging average length of townspeople in Chongqing,to control chronic non-infectious diseases is a crux,and to advocat healthy life style is a very important measure.
