| 摘 要： | 【目的】研究京尼平苷的降血糖作用。【方法】观察京尼平苷对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、糖耐量的影响。【结果】京尼平苷可明显降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、提高糖耐量（P〈0．05），但对血脂无明显影响。【结论】京尼平苷可降低糖尿病模型大鼠血糖。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effects of geniposide on the metabolisms of glucose in rats. Methods] The effects of geniposideon on diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin were investigated by observing the glucose tolerance, the contents of fasting serum glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride. Results] In diabetic rat induced by streptozotocin, geniposide could remarkably increase the glucose tolerance, decrease the contents of fasting serum glucose（ P 〈 0.05）. However geniposide showed no significant effect on total cholesterol or triglyceride. Conclusions] Geniposide can decrease the level of fasting serum glucose in diabetic rats. |
