血红素氧合酶-1在心绞痛患者中的表达

目的 :观察血红素氧合酶 - 1(HO- 1)在稳定型及不稳定型心绞痛患者中的表达情况。方法 :将经冠脉造影确诊的冠心病患者分为稳定型心绞痛组 (n=4 5 )和不稳定型心绞痛组 (n=5 8)。并选择冠脉造影正常的 5 0例患者作为正常对照组。利用免疫组化方法对心绞痛患者外周血单个核细胞中 HO- 1的表达进行定位分析 ,并通过计算机图像分析系统分析 HO- 1表达的程度及强度。通过 Western blot对 HO- 1表达水平进行定量分析。结果 :HO- 1表达于胞浆。心绞痛患者 HO- 1表达水平高于对照组 ,不稳定型心绞痛患者 HO- 1表达明显高于稳定型心绞痛患者 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :HO- 1的表达水平与冠心病严重程度有关。

Clinical Study on Changes of Heme Oxygenase-1 Expression in Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective:To investigate the changes of heme oxygenase-1 in patients with stable and unstable angina pectoris.Methods:The patients with angina pectoris diagnosed by CAG were divided into 2 groups: stable angina pectoris group (n=45) and unstable angina pectoris group (n=58) . Another 50 patients with normal coronary artery group (by CAG) were selected as control. The levels of HO-1 protein expression in monocyte and lymphocyte coming from the objects were tested by immunohistochemistry and western blot.Computer picture analyzing system were also used to measure the levels of HO-1 protein expression.Results:HO-1 protein was located in cell plasma,levels of HO-1 protein expression in patients with angina pectoris were significantly higher than that in the normal ones (P<0.01);there was a higher level of HO-1 protein expression in the unstable angina pectoris patients than in the stable ones(P<0.01). Conclusions:There was a higher expression of HO-1 in patients with angina pectoris,and the level of HO-1 protein was associated with severity of coronary heart disease.
