摘    要:目的:构建智能化控制的大鼠脑-机接口平台,该平台能够用于研究大鼠大脑对小车的直接控制。方法:采用Lego公司生产的NXT mindstorm智能机器人模块,搭建适合固定大鼠的小车。小车能够在迷宫中自由前进、后退和旋转。大鼠的神经信号通过TBSI无线神经记录系统传输到主控计算机并进行解码。解码后的指令发送到小车控制其运动。结果:大鼠能够控制小车在圆形迷宫获取水。结论:该平台证明大鼠能够通过大脑直接控制小车进行空间导航。

Abstract:Objective To set up a brain-computer interface platform based on an intelligent robot system,which can be used to study the direct control of rats on a toy vehicle.Methods The Lego NXT Mindstorm system was used to build a toy vehicle for the fixation and transportation of rats.The vehicle could freely go forward,backward and rotate in the arena under the command signals.The neural signal could be transmitted by the TBSI neural transmitter into a PC controller and decoded into command signals,which thereafter would be transferred back to control the vehicle via Bluetooth interface. The activities were monitored by a video camera.Results The rats could control the toy vehicle to move in the arena. Conclusion The platform proves that rats can directly control the toy vehicle through the brain for the space navigation,and it may serve as an appropriate system for the BCI study in spatial navigation.
