红花注射液在治疗肺心病心力衰竭中的临床应用

目的探讨红花注射液治疗肺心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择我院2010年1月至2011年10月住院的肺心病心力衰竭患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组常规治疗基础上加用红花注射液,比较2组患者血气变化与治疗效果。结果观察组血气分析改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组显效20例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为94.12%;对照组显效16例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率为76.47%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论红花注射液可明显改善肺心病心力衰竭患者的心功能,有临床应用价值。

Application of Safflower Injection in the Treatment of Heart Failure in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the effect of safflower injection on heart failure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods Sixty--eight patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure admitted to our hospital from Jan.2010 to Oct.2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine therapy and the observation group was received safflower injection based on routine therapy.The therapeutic effect and blood gas were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The parameters of blood gas in the observation group were significanty better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Among the 34 patients in the observation group,markedly improved 20,effective 12,invalid 2,the total effective rate was 94.12%.Among the 34 patients in the the control group,markedly improved16,effective 10,invalid 8,the total effective rate was 76.47%.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Safflower injection in effective to improve heart function in patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure.It has clinical value.
