摘    要:目的:提出适应大规模海上人道主义医学救援的大型船舶医疗平台模式、功能及布局设计要求,开展船舶医疗平台整体医学环境的优化研究。方法:通过海上医学救援历史数据分析,剖析平战时多样化军事任务卫勤保障需求,开展大型船舶医疗平台虚拟实景设计、流程规划、人装适应性分析及保障效能评估。结果:提出了大型船舶医疗平台设计模式、功能及布局要求。以大型支援舰船为平台进行虚拟设计与分析,实现了空间协调、流程通畅、人性化特征丰富并可快速扩展的大型船舶医疗平台整体方案。结论:可快速扩展性设计使大型船舶医疗平台能够兼顾平时医疗保障、战时医疗后送和突发海难医学救援。

Abstract:Objective To figure out a scalable capital-ship-based hospital which can carry out medical support for a large- scale humanitarian rescue at sea, and study how to make the hospital more efficient and user-friendly. Methods By investigating the experience of human rescue at sea and analyzing the need of medical support in multiform mission at peacetime or wartime, a virtual reality of a scalable capital-ship-based hospital was carried out on computer, then the simulation of the wounded flow and the optimized design for the configuration of the hospital came true. Retml~ The idea that how to configure a scalable hospital on a capital ship was been presented. Farther more, a computer model of the hospital based on a big landing-craft was founded, which could show the design of comfortable medical condition, easily working flow, and convenience for being transformed if necessary. Cono.h_lti'on The scalable capital-ship-based hospital makes itself fit for multiform medical support including peacetime treatment, wartime treatment, and sudden calamity rescue at. sea, only with easy and convenient transformation.
